This program is designed to reward your efforts, build trust with clients, and grow adventure tourism in Chiang mai and  Northern Thailand.

• How It Works

• Standard Commission Tiers (based on retail price)

• Commissions are based on the retail price listed online at the time of booking.

• 60-day cycle system:

  • Every 60 days the commission level resets to Tier 1.

  • During the 60 Day cycle, your total sales ( pax) help you move up the commission tiers.

  • Tier 1 : 1–2 participants → 20% commission

  • Next: 3–6 participants → 25% commission

  • next: 7–10 participants → 30% commission

  • Next:  11+ participants → 35% commission

• End-of- 30 Day cycle bonus:

  • Reach 30% tier → Get 1 FREE 1,000 THB voucher 

  • Reach 35% tier → Get 2 FREE 1,000 THB vouchers 

  •  

• Top 3 agencies each 30 Day cycle (every 1st of the month):

  • 1st place → 3 FREE × 1,000 THB vouchers

  • 2nd place → 2 FREE × 1,000 THB vouchers

  • 3rd place → 1 FREE × 1,000 THB voucher

  Sign-On Bonus

• Agents may purchase up to 6 vouchers (1,000 THB value each) for only 500 THB per Gift Card  during the first 30 day cycle. All gift cards are to be used at checkout when making a booking. 1 Voucher per sale.

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase date.

• Vouchers become active 3 days after purchase.

Rules & Conditions

• Commission tiers reset on the 1st day every 60 days.

• 1 voucher per sale (Group)
  Vouchers are transferable but not refundable.

• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash; no change given.

• Advance booking required; all activities subject to availability.

• Agencies must remain in good standing to enjoy commissions and vouchers.

• Lowest Price Guarantee : Old brochures: If a client brings an older brochure showing lower prices, they are eligible for that printed rate. Client must present Brochure on the day of the event

Agent Sales Platform – Quick Guide

You will have your personal NET RATE booking platform. Every sale you make here is tracked, helping us keep accurate records of your commissions.

At checkout:

• Always enter your client’s details and your organization name.

• Enter your promo code to apply your current commission level.

• The system will then display your net rate.

• If the client pays on your (provided by us) RETAIL RATE page, we will transfer your commission back to you the same day of the tour.

• As a valued Agent, all NET sales for FIT (Free independent Traveler) up to 9 pax (per group) are tax-free. Bookings over 10 pax(per group) are taxed at 7% VAT and different cancellation requirements apply . We will provide a Tax receipt for VAT refund. 

• A confirmation receipt will automatically be sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

Payment Options

• Pay online: Credit card or PayPal.

• Pay later: Confirm the booking, then pay later via bank transfer or cash.

• More Booking options

• 1.You can call the booking in, send by Line etc… and we enter the booking in to our system manually to ensure you are getting credit in the commission scale and email confirmation. 
• 2. Automatic Pilot : EMBED a retail widget on to your website.(choose the products you want to sell). Let your client make the purchase. Offer discounts to your client.  Commissions are paid at the day of the tour.  Referral reports are done weekly. Inquire and get your widget. Free Tech support.

How to Make a Sale

1. Select the tour you want to sell.

2. Check the calendar for availability and enter the number of participants.

3. Enter client details, hotel info, and your organization name.

4. At checkout, enter your promo code (matching your commission level).

5. The system will update to show your net rate.

6. Complete the booking and select your payment option.

7. A confirmation receipt will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.

8. You will receive a weekly sales report (and you can always call us for help).
