You made it this far brain storming and are considering including kayaking in your event for your group. We are based in Chiang Mai and are currently conducting events mainly on the Mae Ping River (north of Chiang Mai) and also on the Mae Taeng River, Mae Chaem River, Mae Wang River, Mae Kok River. We are open for events on the Pasak River (Khao Yai), and hold classes on various lakes in the Chiang Mai Region.
Our main consideration is the safety of your group while meeting our joint objectives. If you are interested for a full assessment of your event please provide the following information and expectations :
in the water :
- Group Event objective
- Group size
- Group average age, physical fitness and ability level (aprox)
- Dates considered, (seasonal considerations)
- Preferred Duration, Start Times, Return Times
- General Location preference.
On the ground :
- Ground Transport
- Overnight Accommodation: Huts, Camping , Resorts
- Meals provided with Dietary Restrictions
- Insurance

Director and Instructor Khun Aidan has been teaching watersports for 40 years , “adequately staffed ” The Pasak River and the Mae Ping River are an excellent and safe choice to instruct and train children of all ages. The rivers lend themselves perfectly for the completion and training of the ” Adventurous journey.” of the “Dukes of Edinburgh’s International Award Challenges” While both rivers are considered “ideal”, the Ping River north of Chiang Mai features a much larger variety in kayak conditions with more interesting and challenging forest stretches suitable for beginners. We therefor consider the Ping River more valuable in “kayaking terms” and might be worth the extra driving time from Bangkok.
